Role in the story
He looks to be a reworked Phil Cassidy, the gun enthusiast from the 3D Universe games, though there are clear changes this time around — he’s younger and, unlike the original, he still has both arms. For longtime players he’s a welcome callback, met at an earlier chapter of his life.
